Big Health Week 2023
From Monday 4th until Friday 8th December 2023
What is Big Health Week?
Organised by NHS South East London ICB, the Learning Disability and Autism Big Health Week 2023 will involve shared activities via Zoom and in person. The sessions are aimed to help and engage with learning disability participants, their support workers, carers and family members.
The Big Health Week is a fun and social occasion. Those who will take part in the event will be able to find out more about health and wellbeing

Who can join?
- People that work or live in South East London
- Anyone that is 15 years or older
- There will be separate specific sessions for Autistic people and for those with Learning disability, as well as mixed audience sessions. You can find the details on the programme
Initiatives such as the Big Health Week break down the barriers, making sure that people with learning disability and Autistic People can be included and informed, in a supportive, social, safe and fun environment.
